So I’m back from relaxing but, financially hard vacations at Gran Canaria. My trip to Lodz was great as well, we salute to Mr.Sofr and Mr.Menzel for their common duo award. Screening of Cargo was good but we didn’t won anything, there was great polish films with great cinematography (as “DragonFlies” “Wazky”). But we almost met with Chris Doyle,  unfortunately he was so drunk he was not able to talk at all There was nice meeting with students from Ang Lee, it was pack-loaded so we watched it on TV. He’s very smart guy and he talked very nicely about collaboration between director and cinematographer. And Honza Sustr fell from train and it took me 8 hours to drive there and about 6 hours to drive back (different route thru Ostrava) Hope I will not get any “rachunek” later this year for speeding. Graduation was fine as well, there was the whole family, so many people from my family we filled the whole auditorium. Even my uncle Viktor came, so I was very pleased by that.
